Ser autónomo tiene muchas ventajas, pero debemos tener en cuenta ciertos inconvenientes, en especial en el momento de administrar el negocio. La facturación es uno de los aspectos vitales para los trabajadores por cuenta propia, puesto que es el documento a través del que el autónomo especifica el coste de los servicios prestados al usuario. Si bien es un proceso burocrático que posiblemente no controlen por puro desconocimiento, es frecuente recurrir a una gestoría profesional.
Programas de Facturación
No obstante, existen ciertas herramientas mediante las que podemos administrar la facturación mismos. Este género de softwares on-line de administración nos dejan desde crear las facturas hasta hacer el seguimiento de cobros y pagos a nuestros clientes, clasificar los gastos o bien calcular los impuestos que debemos abonar, entre otras muchas acciones.
Y es que emitir una factura no es fácil, puesto que acarrea el comprensión de muchos términos con los que posiblemente no estemos familiarizados, singularmente en el caso de los nuevos autónomos. Una factura simplificada incluye datos como el porcentaje de Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido que tienen los servicios prestados, la retención que se aplica, la numeración, el tipo impositivo o bien la fecha de pago, entre otros muchos.
Por esta razón existen diversidad de aplicaciones y programas de facturación para autónomos que facilitan la facturación online.
Comenzar a facturar como Autónomo
Datos del cliente del servicio: La factura asimismo debe incluir información del cliente del servicio que pagará. Estos datos son exactamente los mismos que los del transmisor. O sea, CIF o bien NIF, en dependencia de si es una compañía o bien otro autónomo, nombre y dirección fiscal. Solo si emites una factura simplificada a un particular puedes obviar este apartado.
Número de factura y serie si es preciso: Es obligatorio numerar tus facturas en el año fiscal. Fecha de facturación: Es igualmente útil que el número pues va a facilitar la busca de facturas cuando lo precises y te dejará reclamar si no te han pagado en plazo. La fecha va a ser por norma general en la que acabes el trabajo o bien servicio.
Concepto y también importe de la operación: En este apartado, hay que describir el trabajo efectuado o bien el producto que has vendido con el número de unidades. Así como el término hay que incluir el importe unitario de la operación. Esto es lo que se llama la base imponible, que es sobre la que después calcularás el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido y la retención de IRPF.
La Clase de Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido: La mayor parte de productos y servicios incluyen Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido.La clase de Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido va a depender de la operación. Es preciso apuntar esa clase de Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido y su cuantía de forma explícita en la factura. Para calcular el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido solo debes sumar el porcentaje pertinente al importe del apartado precedente. A fin de que lo comprendas mejor, si cobras doscientos euros por tus servicios y el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido es del veintiuno por ciento , vas a deber señalar ese porcentaje y la cuantía de cuarenta y dos euros en tu factura.
La retención de IRPF: Las retenciones son un adelanto a Hacienda como previsión de lo que después tendrás que abonar en la declaración de la renta. La retención de IRPF para nuevos autónomos es del siete por ciento a lo largo de los primeros dieciocho meses y del quince por ciento desde ese instante. El cálculo de la retención se efectúa sobre el importe de la operación sin sumar el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido. Esto es, si por la colocación de los 2 enrutadores se cobraron doscientos euros y se aplica un siete por ciento de retención, ese término va a ser de catorce euros.
Importe total: El importe total es la cantidad neta que vas a recibir. En otras palabras, el dinero que va a llegar a tu cuenta bancaria. Se calcula sobre la base imponible quitando la retención por una parte y sumando el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido por otro.
Forma de pago: Para finalizar, debes apuntar la forma de pago. Lo más normal es que esta sea por trasferencia, para lo que deberás señalar tu número de cuenta como autónomo. En este sentido, es conveniente que tengas una cuenta concreta para tu tarea como autónomo y otra para tus gastos del día a día como persona.
